How does HP SureSupply Auto-Delivery work?

The HP SureSupply Auto-Delivery software, which is installed as part of the enrollment process, monitors the cartridge supply levels of the HP printers on your network. It periodically delivers this information to the HP SureSupply Auto-Delivery cloud service. The cloud service will submit orders for cartridges with HP based on cartridge level triggers you define. You will receive an email notification prompting you to approve, modify, or reject an order before fulfillment.

How do I set up my HP printers with HP SureSupply Auto-Delivery?

HP SureSupply Auto-Delivery program discovers USB and network-connected printers automatically in the set up step. Only HP printers are supported in this program through HP.com. Activate your HP printers in the program and exclude the rest during set up. New printers added at a later time will be automatically recognized by HP SureSupply Auto-Delivery. You’ll be notified to activate or exclude any new printers.

What preferences can I set up in HP SureSupply Auto-Delivery?

  • Set the reorder point to 'low' or 'half-full'
  • Order standard cartridges or high-capacity cartridges (as available)
