Holiday - Important Information

Before you buy: Please take note of the Ships on date for any customized or back-ordered products. This is the date on which we expect to complete and ship your product. From there, the expected delivery date will be based on the shipping speed you choose. NOTE: It is possible we will complete your order earlier than expected – we will email you once your order ships. We are working around the clock to complete all orders on time however, while rare, delays can occur.

Be sure to pick the shipping speed that will get your products to you by the needed day. Also, pay careful attention to the shipping address to be sure someone will be there to accept delivery or sign for it (typically required for many orders). Once submitted, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. More shipping and delivery information.

When will my order deliver?: Before your product ships, we use the Ships On date and shipping speed chosen to give you an estimated delivery date. Once shipped, we provide you the estimated delivery date provided by the carrier. This date will update as necessary based on the progress of your package.

After you buy – order status: HP will email you shipment notification once your order ships and as each item ships (if on different days). We also provide shipment progress emails so you can easily track your delivery including “On its way”, “Will arrive tomorrow” and “Delivered”. Also, either during checkout or on our tracking detail page, you can sign up for text message alerts on your order to get easier updates about your shipments.

Returns and Exchanges: To allow time for holiday shopping and gift giving, purchases made between November 1st and December 25th may be returned until January 15th, 2020. Non-returnable items remain non-returnable. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
