How will I receive my digital software?
Instructions and a product key for any digital software purchased from the HP.com Store will be emailed to you using the email address used during checkout.

When will I receive the email with download instructions and product key?

What if I ordered more than one software title?
You will receive one email per digital download software title. So, if you ordered 3, you can expect 3 emails.

Where is my digital software email?
Please see the timing information in the question above.

If you should have the email already but still can't find it, please check your junk, spam and clutter email folders. The subject of the email will be: "Your digital software to download – HP order H#########".

If not found there, please double check the email address on your order and check that you are looking in the right place. Many people have more than one email address.

What if my email address is wrong or I still cannot find the message?

What if I lose or delete the email and need to access my product key again?
Our customer service team will be able to assist you and resend the software instructions and key to the email address on the order. Call 888-476-3988, from 8 am to 8 pm ET, Monday through Friday.

Is digital software returnable?
No, digital software is not returnable.

What if I need help using the software?
Please refer to the software maker's website or online help information.

In-home warranty is available only on select customizable HP desktop PCs. Need for in-home service is determined by HP support representative.
