Rated 3 out of 5 by no nick from At last My recent purchase of cartridges has re-enabled my printer to work effectively. It is a relief tinted with annoyance. In the meanwhile I have wasted many hundreds of dollarsbuying cartridges that would have worked if HP had not blocked their usage, thanks to HP electronic control over the printer. It would appear other printer manufacturers are following the same restrictive policies. Taking away owner control.
