Rated 1 out of 5 by Jimmy from It is our second Scanjet Pro 4500 to fail We purchased this for a small office. It had performed under 300 pages before the scanning engine failed leaving big distortion down the 'left' hand page. On the flatbed and feeder. This was shortly before it's warranty expired. Now the 2nd one has failed in the same way out of warranty. Disappointing for what is meant to be a professional scanner. It 'feels' to me like this Scanjet pro has known issues if you've had a similar failure. Firmware application isn't running in Win10 for me. Can't find firmware file to upload to the printers URL.
