It did a lot of work for me when I was working and survived my entire career. After speaking to the HP people, it was decided that this was perfect for my use. They were 100% correct and I love especially the instant ink service which monitors my use and always has a refill waiting when it will be needed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Partial truth. Once you get the replacement, one cannot extend the warranty of the received unit. Warranty expires with thee original . Therefore, the replacement will have only remaining warranty. What's the point if a new unit comes without renewable warranty? Tricky?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 9025 OfficeJet Pro all in one Printer [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 4th HP printer - each has proven to be reliable. I replaced my last HP printer when I received the dreaded error code 060. The new printer arrived within 5 days of ordering. First impression - easy set up, a bit quicker printing then the one replaced but as a negative this printer makes some of the strangest noises while printing - time will tell if those noises are indicative of an issue.

I only use legal for printing & there's no problem with that. But when it comes to photocopying, because of the size of the scanner glass you can only make letter size copies, which is fine. However the default paper tray is legal & cannot be changed. So you can only make letter size copies but you have to go through a multi-step process to set the printer for letter each time you make a copy. What were they thinking? Letter size copies only & a legal size default paper tray! Someone didn't think this through.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HP has gone down the tubes After 20 years of being a loyal HP customer, it is highly unlikely I will ever purchase another HP product. My 9025 Pro began failing at the end of the warranty. Once I realized the unit had a hardware failure, I was out of warranty. Trying to get any tech support was a joke. I purchased a Care Pack out of desperation and trying to get any help from that was even harder. I guess Samsung is not interested in keeping the reputation of the HP brand intact. Good bye HP!
