How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

You can also use the following offline payment options:

1. Cheque payments

Cheque payments must be in full and deposited directly into ECS’ DBS bank account. Ensure that the following are written at the back of the cheque:

  • Name of Bill-To person
  • Contact Number
  • Order Purchase Number (mandatory)
  • Bank Account Name: VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD
  • Bank Account No: 003-900441-9

2. Direct deposits / bank transfer

Transfer the amount using the following bank details:

  • BENEFICIARY NAME: VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD
  • BANK NAME: DBS Bank
  • BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER: 003-900441-9

3. PayNow

Simply follow the instructions below if you want to use PayNow.

  • Enter UEN: 198401965K
  • Confirm entity name as VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD
  • Input HP order number in UEN / Bill Reference

Upon successful transfer, send a copy of your remittance slips/confirmation to sgsupport@hpadmin.zendesk.com. Kindly note that it will take us approximately 1 business day to validate your payment. If no proof of payment received within a week from your date of purchase, your order will be cancelled.

How long will an item remain in my cart?

Items in remain in your cart and will be available until the session expires. In case you are inactive & not able to complete the transaction, you will be asked to login again.

What happens if one of the products that I ordered is out of stock?

You may contact the online chat agent on the bottom right of the HP Shopping website or call the Call Centre on 1800 278 0182 and speak to our customer representative.

Will I receive a confirmation for my order?

Yes, once your order has been placed you should receive a confirmation email immediately on your registered email ID.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Please call our HP Shopping Call Centre on 1800 278 0182 to cancel an order. Please note a cancellation fee up to 15% of the order value will be applicable.

How do I check the status of my order?

After logging in, click on the "My Account" link located on every page, and then click on "My Orders".

When will I receive my order?

Provided that your ordered item is in stock it will usually take 2 business days to deliver your order to you after it has been processed and payment is received and cleared. (Depending on stocks availability and product order nature : Pre-order basis)

Do you ship orders outside of Singapore?

Currently, we do not ship to addresses outside of Singapore.

What are your shipping rates?

Delivery of all orders is currently free of charge.

How do I return my order?

Products ordered and/or delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise agreed by HP, at its sole discretion. Cancellation or reschedule charges for services may be applicable. Any non-refundable deposit paid in relation to a cancelled order is irreversibly forfeited at the time of cancellation. Subject to this clause, once you have submitted your order, it is final and binding upon you.

All refunds against order cancellations, after adjusting the cancellation charges, will be processed via cheque payment. Same applies if there is any change in order and the differential amount, if any, is to be refunded.
