[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been an HP purchaser for 30 years - with Laptops, Desktops and Printers only from HP - nobody else. My last HP printer lasted 25 years. I purchased a new HP printer when my old one died - along with the printer I purchased the optional wireless adapter. I also purchased the HP Care Pack. After over 6 hours on several occasions on the phone with their techs I was unable to get this new printer to work. I finally gave up, sent it back and bought a Brother printer. Their tech help was unable to get their own product up and running.
