Rated 4 out of 5 by from 24 Hour Service Request So far, the product is not dissapointing. My only concern,like using Windows in laptop before that there's no Re-install if the windows crash, etc. The 24Hours Customer Service for HP Laptop only valid for 30days.Would be nice if we can have 24Hour customer service forever (or 5 yrs also OK).
