I appreciate the prompt delivery.
BUT I expected that I could fit both black cartridges in the printer. However they are made in a way that one cartridge has to be coloured.
I don't need colour as much as I need Black.
Suggestion: Please market black ink cartridges that can both fit the printer.

the cartridges have been supplied by HP through its agents M/s.SAVEX TECHNOLOGIES PVT.LTD. vide their Bill No.DELRIG1718118146 dated 21.3.2018 for Rs.1239/-.I have ALREADY WRITTEN TO HP BUT THEY HAVE MAINTAINED A STUDIES SILENCE. FOR HP THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES ARE THE CONDUIT FOR DUMPING CHEAP IMPORTS FROM CHINA.

hi i had purchased Inkcartridge 678 tri color/black 2 packs online and it was delivered thru ur distributors Savex Technologies Pvt ltd. We must have taken 10 pages of color print and its already showing low ink .im surprised hows thats even possible...?Pl take a look into the same and replace the cartridge
