Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Printer This is a really good printer with lots of features. Would have liked to seen duplex scanning but not a deal breaker. The ONLY negative is the price of replacement ink. $100+ for ink on a printer that cost less than $100 is something HP needs to address. or advertise as a "Use it then throw away when the ink runs out" printer. Rated 2 out of 5 by Did not feed HP Photo paper Out of the box issue. This printer would not feed genuine HP Premium photo paper on any setting. Appears to be a design flaw or bug, as I've read several reports of this occurring on the OfficeJet Pro 8600 series. HP Support was AWESOME! Walked me through all the "fixes", which did not work. They sent me a replacement printer, which had the same issue. I returned both printers for a full refund. I have upgraded to Windows 10. Do I need to go back to 8.1 for the computer to work with my 8610 printer? I have documents hanging out in space now and can't even find the print queue to delete them. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great printer easy set up I had the printer in my home for 3 months and it was so easy to set up and I was able to print from all devices that's connected to my network. I decided to take this printer and have it in the office replacing my laser printer there because I subscribed to the HP INSTANT ink . 9.99 for 300 pages with rollover is more cost effective than my laser printer. I believe the people that are complaining about the printer eating too much ink is that they are still using the original ink that it came with. Those are trial ink . And by the way, I still have those installed and it's just about to run out after 4 months . not bad . So over all , this printer is a great buy for the price . March 9, 2016
