Rated 1 out of 5 by Do not buy! works only with OEM ink since update. CAUTION! HP last firmware update blocked all non-oem cartridges. and you will be forced to buy original ink at outragous cost. but any other company printer. it will be much more cost-effective. do not buy 6830 HP printers. April 3, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by awful... 3rd printer in 15 months! We don't use the maximum number of pages and we've just exchanged for the 3rd time. I don't recommend this printer. April 2, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by So disappointing. After 5 months I've given up. HP support only available M-F BH, should have email contact at least. Cannot print and keep getting printhead error 0xc19a0020. Still have warranty, but don't want replacement. NOT HAPPY. April 1, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Charming Purchased this printer in Feb. 2016 and although I only use it occasionally at home for business and personal use, I have been pleased with its performance. Setup and wireless connectivity was simple...written directions helped a lot. This printer has been true to its claims so far. I think it's a charming product and hope it continues to work well for a very long time...like my previous HP office jet printer (lasted 4 years). April 1, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by This printer is garbage DO NOT BUY The printer has cool features but none of them work consistently. First of all when I plugged the printer into my computer to scan something because the wireless connection doesn't work it still says that it can find my computer even though I have all the correct software and everything the only thing that works consistently is the copying feature. March 31, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Complete and utter garbage; Slow, no drivers, Printer is slow, and scanner doesn't have drive. Have to pay 39 dollars to download and still works poorly. March 28, 2016
