Rated 4 out of 5 by Fair replacement of HP130nr We had the HP 130nr for about 8 years and loved it for our small office. It recently died and we purchased this printer as a replacement. Haven't used it a lot yet, but so far it seems ok on the printing side. The one down side is that it does not have printing trays like the 130nr did. It comes with a stand, which we are unable to use due to office layout, and that I'm sure adds to the price but purchasing it without the stand is not an option. We have a large table top that the printer sits on and it does not seem to like ejecting the paper forward. It wants to drop it straight down (into the basket of the stand it comes with) and has already jammed several times because of this. I would only recommend this printer if you are able and intend to use the stand it comes with. So far, doesn't really work on a flat surface. July 28, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Printing is very sharp, great features Puchasing this printer was a walk in the park from the initial call to the sales department to the delivery. This is the second large format printer we have bought directly through HP and I would not hesitate to do it again. The Customer Service and Sales department are the most helpful and pleasant people to deal with. February 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Really excited to have this printer! I am an artist and I do large prints of my oil paintings. This printer does an awesome job and has accurate color using Photoshop. It took me a little while to figure out how to load a large single sheet of paper, but once i figured it out it was a breeze. I love the easy to use front panel touch screen...everything can be done from there. The wi-fi is wonderful...my printer is in another room and I simply hit print on my computer and in no time I have a beautiful print. I would definitely recommend this printer. January 10, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not for Everyone Although the printer does produce colorful maps and is much quicker than the printer it replaced, it does not work with older software. It is intended to be used strictly as a network printer and is not easily set up to a stand-alone system. Also, it is extremely difficult to get the printer to properly print in the landscape mode. It often fails to recognize what size paper is loaded , so it frequently tries to print on the wrong size paper. December 27, 2012
