Rated 4 out of 5 by The Printhead works well, but this is a 2nd time. The printhead works well, but this is the second time I had to replace it. The replacement 3 print heads cost me more than I paid for the original printer. They should last longer. Thanks. May 15, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Problem Fixed! I wasn't able to print anything legible, and after running diagnostics on the printer, I ordered a replacement black/yellow printhead. I had my doubts, and was concerned about spending so much for a part I wasn't sure would fix the problem, but it worked! I'm now able to print with quality resolution once again. June 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Product is what my printer needed Not sure about giving this rating. HP only let's you buy certain products for their printers so you HAVE to BUY a CERTAIN Product. It came over night no extra charge which I give EXCELEENT! I used a coupon on retailmenot.com and it was accepted. When, I had to get this officejet because the other HP printer broke down on me, the warranty entitled me to have another printer. Sad to say, I wasn't told that I had to purchase ink cartridges AND printheads which made it more expensive printer. And, then, I was told that the warranty that I continued last year didn't cover the printhead only hardware - so I had to purchase this very expensive printhead. June 23, 2014
