Rated 2 out of 5 by Bad Ink Cartridge The black ink cartridge I just received was bad. It printed 1 1/2 page and quit printing. I went to WalMart and bought 2 more black HP4622 Series 564 and so far the first one has worked fine. I have not yet tried the color ink cartridges so I hope they are good. September 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by PERFECTION After I received an HP Printer for Christmas in 2013, I became acquainted with the HP Home & Office Store and its products. The first time I ordered ink, I was amazed at the ease of use I found in the web site and the bargain I found for ink--both black and colors. The rapid delivery was most appreciated and I have used the printer for all of my jobs with great satisfaction. Each time I order ink, I am again appreciative of the ease of use and the quick service. I cannot recommend this service too highly. September 1, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by damaged cartridge the cartridge was damaged, covered in yellow ink. I called Customer Service and a new one was sent the next day. I just wish you didn't use reconditioned cartridges. This is not the first time this has happened. October 3, 2014

One was half-full; another was slightly more than half-full; and the other was only 3/4 full. September 14, 2014
