It took 3 phone calls with different techs and parts of 3 different days but everything was accomplished. All were helpful and patient. Much better and cheaper than taking this all in one to a shop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My 2nd HP product , reliable & wise choice The Smart Friend service plan was user friendly , very helpful , informative , resourceful , competitively well designed - compared to other PC maker customer-service issues. This was my first time using this service for my HP product . The results from this service is 100% satisfactory. I'll definitely return again for this again when the need arises.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible Care Pack pkgwont be HP when I balked at paying 129.00 for a years worth of warranty, HP sent me a Care Pack for 29.00 for a month. I initially wanted a 3 yr. warranty which was offered for 139.00. Needless to say, when I purchase a new laptop in the future or a printer, they wont be HP products. I will not recommend this product to a friend

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service and very timely. Very helpful. I had a couple issues with connecting to my printer and the agents were able to help me walk through my problem. I didn't feel rushed and these agents were a lot more knowledgeable than you're average agent. I definitely recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dissappointing & Frustrated. Had nothing but issues when trying to work on warranties. When laptops warranty was expiring and went to renew the warranty the discount coupon would not work. Got sent all over and issue was never resolved. Now it's printer time and after seeing $149 for 6 months why bother. Can buy a new printer. My excitement has gone to disappointment and I will think twice before purchasing another HP product. Still have issues sitting in updates that I can't get resolved.
