Rated 5 out of 5 by from Burned By Geek Squad I bought this because I can get the help I need and not the brushoff that i got from Geek Squad. HP put two new batteries in, reset the corrupt Main Board and a new cord before they scrapped the m-7 which GS said worked fine by charging in four hours while not being used. Got my credit and bought a new one from HP.com customized to my specs. No problems yet!
