I have Been Helped by Quite a Few Support Engineers Because bought the HP Envy x360 from Best Buy & They Charged me 80 bucks to totally screw up a Data Transfer from my Old Laptop that I Put on my External Hard Drive after Professional Help Creating it. I had 1/7th of my Desktop Icons & about 1/7th of the Needed Data from Old LapTop after they did transfer And we have been getting my Icons & Programs & GrandChild Photos back a little at a time for past 3 weeks. Last I worked with Prashant Bhole & He was Perfect Just Like the Rest of them & They are Teaching me How to Use these New LapTop ( Ist HP I ever Used ) As we go finding different recent backups on external hard drive to regain my Data from Old System. I could not be more pleased with a Product or a HelpDesk or with that Software Support Plan's Support Engineers !! HP Rocks ! I am 68.5 yrs old & not super computer or internet Savvy . If they can easily help me and they can; They can easily Herlp Anyone !!
