Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Helpfful I had a 1 year Carepack which I thought had expired so I ordered another one for the same computer. This caused a lot of confusion. The HP folks at Carepack registration were very helpful in getting all straightened out.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from How can I rate something that I haven't used? My poor rating is based on the trouble I had trying to get it activated after paying for it. I had to call HP twice with the computer info (which had been included with the payment) in order to activate it. This didn't give me confidence that it would be easy to use it if I needed it. I assume that this won't be published since I'm commenting on the poor HP service.
