Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sticking With HP Service Contract I had a very positive experience with HP Service. Something went wrong with my 8500 All-in-One. The service people were very patient with me by telephone in ascertaining if it was an on site fixable problem. Once they saw that it wasn't they shipped me a new one in 24 hrs. and had me return, by FedEX ground, the bad one and they paid the shipping. It was a relatively easy procedure. I "dumped" the contract that I purchased with the vendor I bought the item from (more expensive and complicated -- got refund). Why go with something questionable when you have had good experience with HP Service & Support?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slam Dunk I usually get extended warranties on my purchases. HP is exceptionally good on responding to my needs for continued coverage. Their tech reps are very knowledgeable, and highly professional. These are great deals.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value The care pack is a great value however, the printer (OfficeJet Pro 8600 Premium) is not very good. A lot of money and it will not stay awake! Constantly have to unpug it and restart!
