Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor service and very poor follow up. Hard drive was replaced. Programs were added which have created enormous problems and have made computer very difficult to use. Our phone call back to HP was useless as their primary focus was selling additional revenue generating programs. Machine has pop-ups which internet security has not been able to control. We continue to work with Costco, who has been great, and Norton who continues to try to help. HP phone help is not customer friendly. August 20, 2014

I ordered this product in the hope of getting more personalized assistance for technical questions about using HP products. So far I have not had any evidence of how it will help me. We shall see. However even after I paid for the extended warranty already it took 10 days to actually get a proof of extended warranty (which I still do not have) and they keep reminding me that such warranty is available and I should buy it. Come on folks, get organized, get more efficient. If this is an example of how the item is actually serviced, it is quite discouraging!! January 13, 2014
