I got a new one ,part I mean.t

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP POST WARRANTY SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING... I was so impressed by the service given by HP. I had purchased the HP Post Warranty Service and when I had to use it I was extremely satisfied.. They were so fast and efficient... I mailed my laptop to them on a Friday and by the next Friday I received it back fully repaired! I had used GS/BB in the past and it was a terrible experience.. My computer works perfect now and I am completely happy with the service given...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I always buy the warranty. I am a warranty person, but unfortunately, I have 3 hp laptops and didn't read the info right. I thought the warranty was for my computer, but, it was for my son's computer. Which is ok, but I wish I could get an extended warranty for mine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from upgraded features everything about this computer is so much better than anything else but the windows 7 is a more preferred system for me because windows 8 takes way too much getting used to and the whole Microsoft combination is not even necessary

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best computer ever Purchased When I saw this unit and spent about 1 1/2 hours studing it and re-reading the specs I purchased it for my wife. It was more Machine then She needed and I really wanted it for myself and I had plans to trick her in giving it to me. When I got it and started setting it up for Her. ( I have some training in Computers and have been assigned Tech support for Her) I was super pleased with how well and fast it was. When I handed it to her and tried to convence her she did not what it. It did not work and after ironing out some problems with the super tech support from HP.Turned out to be user error. There is noway She will part with it leaving me with a begger but by no means better machine from another Company. I do not beleive I will ever purchase any other brand of computer than HP.
