Rated 5 out of 5 by Windows 10 would never install I had several issues that were slowing my pc. It took 3 phone calls with different techs and parts of 3 different days but everything was accomplished. All were helpful and patient. Much better and cheaper than taking this all in one to a shop. Rated 2 out of 5 by Dissappointing & Frustrated. Had nothing but issues when trying to work on warranties. When laptops warranty was expiring and went to renew the warranty the discount coupon would not work. Got sent all over and issue was never resolved. Now it's printer time and after seeing $149 for 6 months why bother. Can buy a new printer. My excitement has gone to disappointment and I will think twice before purchasing another HP product. Still have issues sitting in updates that I can't get resolved. May 18, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Terrible Care Pack pkgwont be HP when I balked at paying 129.00 for a years worth of warranty, HP sent me a Care Pack for 29.00 for a month. I initially wanted a 3 yr. warranty which was offered for 139.00. Needless to say, when I purchase a new laptop in the future or a printer, they wont be HP products. I will not recommend this product to a friend March 21, 2016

I didn't feel rushed and these agents were a lot more knowledgeable than you're average agent. I definitely recommend. February 24, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Well folks, had HP products back to 1990 I had a real good premium printer back in 2003 that had everything. I have now a 4630 of a year ago and have constant paper jams and the scanner hasn't worked for over a month. You folks make great products, but I'm stumped on this guy here. HP has me connected and am connected to wireless. Your HP Network configuration page looks in order. Is it possible I haven't got something set right. I finally got an internet page to print tonight. It's been over a month on that too. I can get my word perfect pages to print good. I also get notes from outside help references ? with arrows pointing into my document and it also gets printed out also on the page. I can't get rid of that. It really narrows down the sizing of my information on my page. I guess, I don't know where to go to correct that problem. Any help would be nice as I'm between jobs and doing the best I can to send resumes. You can e-mail me as I'm on here all the time. Thanks, Steve December 26, 2015
