Rated 1 out of 5 by Well folks, had HP products back to 1990 I had a real good premium printer back in 2003 that had everything. I have now a 4630 of a year ago and have constant paper jams and the scanner hasn't worked for over a month. You folks make great products, but I'm stumped on this guy here. HP has me connected and am connected to wireless. Your HP Network configuration page looks in order. Is it possible I haven't got something set right. I finally got an internet page to print tonight. It's been over a month on that too. I can get my word perfect pages to print good. I also get notes from outside help references ? with arrows pointing into my document and it also gets printed out also on the page. I can't get rid of that. It really narrows down the sizing of my information on my page. I guess, I don't know where to go to correct that problem. Any help would be nice as I'm between jobs and doing the best I can to send resumes. You can e-mail me as I'm on here all the time. Thanks, Steve December 26, 2015

Granted the desktop instructions were lousy and there is no manual or even a description of all ports, etc., most of the set up is easily done and HP Support is pretty good and fast, especially if you use chat.
