On-site visits are available 8am-8pm local time, Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Warranty Service Was NOT Onsite I used this warranty when my Pavilion laptop screen failed recently. Unfortunately this repair did not qualify for ONSITE repair service. The only allowable option was to mail the laptop to the HP repair center. Repair was successful. Total waiting time was almost 2 weeks. July 18, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Warranty Unclear It is unclear to me the actual warranty coverage duration. The laptop I bought came with a 1 year warranty on the non-accidental portion of the system. So does the base portion of the extended warrantee cover year 2-4? This is not very clear even for the standard (non-accidental) extended Warrantee. Assuming that the warrantee only covers years 1-3 I would have preferred if there was a four year warranty option. I was buying the laptop for my kid going off to college and would have like the peace of mind to know that the laptop was covered for all four years. August 29, 2013
