Rated 2 out of 5 by Lacking When I tried to register my product, the system would not recognize the model number even when this product was purchased directly from HP a couple of days before. I could not register it on line. If one cannot even register it what are the chances that it would get the benefit of service/care? August 1, 2012

I found what I needed on th website since I wanted one with TV capability and the local stores either did not have it or were too much of hassle. it is very easy to go online when you can get next day delivery. Rated 5 out of 5 by BEST WARRANTY PROGRAM EVER I haven't had to use this specific service plan for my monitor, yet, but I have used the same plan for a laptop warranty... ironically for a bad monitor (twice). Because of that experience I bought this service plan for my new monitor. This is absolutely the best service plan available in the computer market! By the next day HP has overnighted a box for you to packup and return your product. You pack up your hardware and attach the preprinted shipping label provided, which goes back out to HP overnight. Within a couple days of service, the product is overnighted back to you, either repaired, refurbished, or new replacement. Total turnaround is usually within a week. Sure, there are other warranty/service plans out there that have in-home repairs, but if you're someone who is rarely available during the daytime hours, then this is perfect. Even better, the price.... you can't beat how absolutely cheap this is to know you're getting coverage. This obviously says a lot about how confident HP is in their products! September 23, 2011
