Rated 3 out of 5 by Dissappointed I was disappointed to find out the two year extended warranty really only covers 1 year, since I bought this printer/scanner/fax machine last February. I purchased this printer from Costco, but when I registered it, this extended warranty was not offered.....now I find out that the 2 year warranty I purchased is really now only for 1 year. I'm disappointed, I feel this warranty should be from when it was purchased in December 2013 to December 2015 (not 2014 as that is NOT 2 years). One whole year paid for for nothing. I would like you to extend this warranty for the 2 years paid for - December 2013 to December 2015 or refund the cost for this past one year. January 11, 2014

My printer is in another state and I won't be able to get to it for a couple months after the normal warranty expires. I hope I can register the printer when I can get to the serial number and make use of the purchased extended warranty .... November 8, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by not needed The cost of my HP officejet 6500 Wireless is low enough ($145 at Sams) that I don't worry about insurance. Moreover, problems with this All-in 0ne are always caused by my mishandling of the software., so far November 6, 2013
