The on-site repair process includes remote diagnosis, which may result in sending the customer an easy-to-replace part, scheduling a visit to the customer’s home or office– with the technician arriving within 3 business days of logging the call with HP and determining that an on-site visit is required– or, in rare instances, sending the customer’s PC to an HP-authorized repair site. On-site visits are available 8am-8pm local time, Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Points for extra USB ports, large keyboard. The only negative remarks was no lights on the Number Pad to show if num lock is on. You could of done it software on the screen if you wanted to save money on the LED. Also the extended warrenty shows none in stock. What gives? January 9, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Buyer BEWARE This 2 year warranty dates to the day you bought your computer.... NOT the date you purchased warranty. So, like I did, if you purchase this at the end of your current warranty date, thinking you were extending your warranty forward for 2 more years, you ARE NOT. Their sales information on this website does not tell you this. I did not find out until AFTER I purchased the warranty- and only found out from a confirmation email sent to me 20 days after I purchased the warranty. It was a hassle to try to reach an agreement after calls to the numbers provided by HP. Finally they offered me a 3 year support warranty for $3.00 more than the 2 year warranty- so that ended up with 2 MORE years of support, which is what I thought I had purchased in the first place. This is deceptive advertising and is based on a policy that makes no sense. July 24, 2014
