The on-site repair process includes remote diagnosis, which may result in sending the customer an easy-to-replace part, scheduling a visit to the customer’s home or office– with the technician arriving within 3 business days of logging the call with HP and determining that an on-site visit is required– or, in rare instances, sending the customer’s PC to an HP-authorized repair site. On-site visits are available 8am-8pm local time, Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.

Coverage for hardware parts, labor and shipping

Coverage for HP monitors up to 22 inches are covered if purchased together with PC on same invoice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good product I like the HP warranty extension I purchased. It's nice to know help is available whenever I need it, and your techs are pros. However, I'm not happy that there is a popup on my desktop saying my warranty expired on May 25 when I just renewed it!!! Otherwise, great job. June 2, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by More Info would be better I cannot explain the offer language, "HP 2 year 3-day Onsite Response for 1-year warranty HP/Compaq and Pavilion Desktop." Thus, cannot recommend it. I felt forced to purchase on the spot because I may have needed it and there would not be another chance. The advertising took over my computer until I made a decision. The program takes unfair advantage of those who are not tech savvy. Also, I was and am not sure I didn't already have the same coverage, especially since I can't resolve the apparent contradiction of both 2-year and 3-year appearing in the same sentence. Rated 4 out of 5 by extended warranted on HP pavillon It took more time than I expected to get the packet from HP. Had to call the HP Care Pack agent to register. Was not sure of the numbers that was asked for. The help was exceptional. Got registered and finally received an e-mail verification after 3 calls. The question I have is, why spend the money to send the info in a box, when all it is, is an envelope? Seemed a little crazy to me. I love HP Pavillon. This is the 4th one that I have had over the years. The 1st was in 1996. January 17, 2014
