The on-site repair process includes remote diagnosis, which may result in sending the customer an easy-to-replace part, scheduling a visit to the customer’s home or office– with the technician arriving within 3 business days of logging the call with HP and determining that an on-site visit is required– or, in rare instances, sending the customer’s PC to an HP-authorized repair site. On-site visits are available 8am-8pm local time, Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Overall a good computer. My main problem is with Windows 10. I kept going over my data limit of 5gb. Even after making adjustments to a metered system, I still had problems and finally had to change my data limit to 10 gb at an increased cost. I also have trouble printing. I have to save to my hard driver in order to print to my printer. Cannot get the system to go straight to printer. That is the operating system. The computer itself is much faster processing than my old computer June 24, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by I am unhappy with my Desk top I am don't like my HP/Compaq and Pavilion Desktop features. I am not happy with the way the CD goes in side ways. The picture looked nice but after receiving it I am unhappy with it. I will keep it until I can afford to pur chase a better model. May 18, 2016

Rated 1 out of 5 by Not happy After purchasing an extension of 2 years, should be until 2018, I am now told that it will end in 2017 since the PC was purchased in 2015. Looks like I'm now paying for the "free" warranty. March 21, 2016
