  2. At the end of two years of making all full monthly payments on time, you have completely paid off your current notebook, so you may keep it. To get a new notebook offered by the HP Premier Upgrade Program you may reapply every two years.
  3. HP Care Pack for notebooks provides coverage for one major incident per year of accidental damage from handling.

In-home warranty is available only on select customizable HP desktop PCs. Need for in-home service is determined by HP support representative.
