Expensive to own, memory hog

I've never owned a printer that guzzled as much ink in so short a time. The bloatware that comes bundled with it is a memory hog and the wireless printing is intermittent at best. If you use the scanner to PDF, Adobe Acrobat cannot edit the file, although another scanner I use at work does not have this issue. I regret not returning this to the retailer within the 14 day window.

Goes Thru Ink Catridges Fast

Previous reviews are correct. It goes through ink catridges fast and there is little warning that you are running out. You actually run out of ink before the video measurement tool advises you. Looks pretty sophisticated and technically superior but fails on something as simple as ink delivery. Too bad! Wouldn't recommend ... try something else.

Great Printer but beware does not suuport 13x18cm

Beware !!! HP define 13x18 cm paper as 5x7 inches paper and their paper is in fact 12.75x17.75. Full size 13x18cm paper will not fit in the paper tray and will jam in the printer. They really need to remove 13x18cm from the spec and substitute 5x7inches. From a not happy customer who has a stock of genuine 13x18cm paper he can not use in this great printer although it worked in my older photosmart C6180

Excellent Printer - would recommend

Excellent printer. Very easy to set up and to connect either by cable or wireless to computer. Excellent next day delivery - with contact from courier to give delivery time to a specific hour on the day - great, no waiting at home all day. Still using the initial print cartridges that came with the printer, even though I have printed lots of documents and photographs. Replacement cartridges are much cheaper than other makes. Would really recommend this printer.

Expensive to run

There is a lot I like about this printer which is just as well because it is very expensive to run. The quality deteriorates seriously before the ink has run out which means the last item is completely wasted. I have now purchased XL cartridges but they also going down at an alarming rate. Cannot really recommend this printer.
