Poor paper feed

Chewed paper, Paper jam, Paper non feed, Two sheet feed. All led to a poor print. On the bonus side HP have happily replaced it 4 times.

Multiple scanned docs for E-mailing

This is a good product for printing and copying but for me a great disappointment when it comes to scanning several pages for a PDF file to attach to an e-mail; this was the main reason why I replaced another Printer which was perfect for this type of scanning/emailing function, on account of the high cost of the inkjet cartridges I have not found any help on how to deal with this problem within the HP overwhelming volume available in the user guide, doctor etc. The machine can handle a single page scan to attach to an e-mail perfectly! Am I missing this indispensable bit of help which would restore my faith in HP whose products I have been using for many years. I bought this machine on the 22/1/2013 (same price) and have been struggling to deal with this shortcoming by using another printer which I had wanted to retire but of necessity have had to maintain in use for the occasions that I have had to scan 2 to 5 pages + to attach to an e-mail Any help to overcome this problem (unless this is a design limitation) would be appreciated

Excellent

For the price it is one of the best on the market. Easy to set up and use. Eprint has been a useful feature. The printer status gives you all the information you need. I have also found it prints a decent amount of pages per ink catridge.

paper tray

I have great trouble engaging the paper tray - does not slide in easily as it should. Otherwise quite good.

No Issues - sleek design:)

Easy to install - touch screen access a bonus pop in CD follows instructions and print. No paper jams (yet) always fan the paper before loading. The HP E-print works a treat printing direct from phones/email away from home etc. Photo quality excellent. Suggest those with day to day priniting needs vs photo's select another HP product perhaps one that uses the cheaper 301 inks.
