Fixed the print problem
Had tried new ink cartridge, cleaned print heads &aligned but nothing worked until I replaced the black print head. Had to run clean print heads a couple of times after then install but now works great!

Color & Fast
Have had a lot of problems with the black/Yellow printhead. Although you people have answered my situations, I have spent a lot of time trying to fiqure out the problem. Because of the issue and trying to get the printer to work at church, we now have 3 extra printheads.

I purchased a printhead and it worked for a short time 2 days). I then purchased a second printhead and it has been a week and it seems to be working well. It would be nice if I got a refund on the first prnthead ;that only worked to a couple days.

Just what I needed
I thought I just needed new ink cartridges, but when I changed them, the printer still didn't print right. I am not a "techie" so I went online to see what the problem might be. PRINTER HEADS! Hmmmm! Didn't know about that! I needed both, so I bought them on a weekend, and they got here on Tuesday...Free shipping...Can't beat that! They were easy to change out, and that was exactly what I needed! I am now printing happily away! Thanks!

Solved my problem perfectly.
This product met my needs exactly. Had bought new ink cartridges but was still having problems with print quality. The HP web site suggested that I Chang the print heads. Problem solved.
