If your order has been canceled prior shipment, HP will refund your bank account.
To get timely refunded, you have to supply the following elements to HP Store:
1. Proof of payment of your order.
2. Valid bank details: account holder name, IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code.
If you are a Professional Customer and have requested a return of your purchased items and you are expecting a refund, be aware that HP will execute the refund as soon as the goods are back into our warehouse.
You have to provide HP Store with your valid bank details: account holder name, IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code so the refund can be executed.
Standard banking practice dictates that the funds should appear back into your bank account within 5 business days from the moment HP has executed the refund.
