Important delivery information

Please note that currently we do not ship to ROI, Channel Islands, internationally or to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.

If your order is being delivered to a business address, please be advised that our carrier will deliver to a mailroom or reception area and will request a signature from the reception/mailroom contact, our carrier does not require a signature specific to the order details. Please note we are only able to deliver to ground floor locations.

Please note that we are unable to split orders so if any items are unavailable we will hold your order until we can deliver all of the items in your order. We may however dispatch individual items from different warehouses so you may receive your order in multiple deliveries. If you require an item that is in stock quickly please place a separate order for this item.

Whilst we will endeavor to meet or exceed the estimated delivery date this should only be used as a guide. Please note you will not receive a proactive notification if your delivery date changes so please visit the My Orders page for the most up to date status of your order.

Delivery date information

At HP Store we pride ourselves on offering our customers a fast and reliable shipping service.
If your order is in stock and available we will aim to dispatch it on the next working day from receipt of your order confirmation.  Typically you should expect to receive delivery of your order in 48 hours for items in stock.  Our deliveries take place Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Whilst we will endeavor to meet or exceed the estimated delivery date this should only be used as a guide. Please note you will not receive a proactive notification if your delivery date changes so please visit the My Orders page for the most up to date status of your order.

Shipping estimates on our website give an indication of when the item will be dispatched from our warehouse for delivery.
For example, items that show 'Estimated shipping date: Next working day' are estimated to be dispatched for delivery from our warehouse on the next working day after order acceptance confirmation.
For products which are not immediately available from stock, an approximate shipping date is shown alongside product description. If you order a product which is not in stock we will send you the e-mail accepting your order once the product is available and ready for shipping.

Please note that we are unable to split orders so if any items are unavailable we will hold your order until we can deliver all of the items in your order. However, we have several warehouses and not all of the items we offer are stocked at any single warehouse. Sometimes we'll split your order into a number of different packages so that we can take advantage of the items in stock at different warehouses. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order.

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched and if you provided a mobile telephone number you will receive a text message* the night before your order is delivered giving you the option to:

  • Select an alternative delivery date.
  • Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour.
  • Collect the parcel from your local depot.

You’ll also receive a text message on the delivery day giving you a 1 hour delivery window so there’s no need for you to wait in all day*.

How to track your order

We want to give you the most up to date information regarding your order so providing you have registered for an HP Store account you can track your order status via the tracking link in your Order Shipment confirmation email or via your HP Store account in My Orders, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

On the My Orders page you can view the current status of your order, view the items ordered, see estimated dispatch and delivery dates and track your delivery. Here’s a quick overview of the order status definitions you’ll see:

  • Received
    Your order has been acknowledged and is now being processed through various checks (security, payment, stock etc.). Please note if you placed a Pre-payment order we will wait for your payment to reach our accounts. Once this is done we will release your order and provide you with the estimated time of arrival.  If you have the payment proof you can send it to us using the contact details provided below.
  • Production
    Your order has now been accepted and we are now ready to start processing it.  Please note if you can’t see an estimated delivery date or if the delivery date shown has passed please contact our Post Sales team. 
  • Shipping
    Your order is now with our shipping department and is being prepared for delivery. At this stage you will receive your order tracking information from our carrier.
  • Estimated delivery
    The delivery date within your order acknowledgment will give you an estimation of when you should expect to receive your order. Whilst we will endeavor to meet or exceed the estimated delivery date this should only be used as a guide. Please note you will not receive a proactive notification if your delivery date changes so please visit the My Orders page for the most up to date status of your order.

Free & Fast delivery

One of the advantages of ordering from the HP Online Store is that we deliver free of charge on all orders over £15 (orders less than £15 will incur a small delivery charge of £3).

If your order is in stock and available we will aim to dispatch it on the next working day from receipt of your order acceptance confirmation (you’ll receive this via email after we’ve performed the necessary security checks).  Typically you should expect to receive delivery of your order within 48 hours, however for remote or offshore destinations delivery will normally be within 72 hours.  Our deliveries take place Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

If you are a UK Mainland customer and you have provided a mobile telephone number you will receive a text message on the evening before delivery giving you the option to:

  • Select an alternative delivery date.
  • Collect the parcel from your local pickup point. (Details will be provided in the text. Please take ID on collection).

In addition to the above text you will also receive a second text message on the day of delivery giving you a 1 hour delivery window so there’s no need for you to wait in all day*.
