What type of products do you offer promotions on?
The benefit covers a wide range of home computing products such as, Laptops, Desktops, Accessories, Printers, Supplies and extended support.
Can I buy the same PC as the one my company has provided for business purposes?
We do not offer our business product range as part of EPP, and instead focus on our home computing range that has been specifically developed for use in the home. If however you have a particular request for a business product, please contact the sales team and we will endeavor to identify a suitable product for your needs.
How do I receive the discount?
The price promoted is the price inclusive of discount. We do occasionally offer limited time promotional offers where an additional discount may be required. In this instance this will be clearly positioned on the website.
How often do promotions change?
Promotions change once a month on average. On the offers home page you can opt to receive a email telling you about the new promotions available. Where offers are proving particularly popular we will aim to provide them for a longer period if possible and equally if some offers are underperforming we will look to revise them.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
All products are covered by a HP manufacturer’s warranty. Please check the specification of your individual products to determine what warranty applies. HP also offers a wide range of extended warranty options. Details can be found online at product level or call our dedicated sales team for more information.
How do I know I am getting a good deal?
To ensure we are confident in our commitment to provide the best offer, we regularly check 100’s of products against other retailers to bring you some unbeatable deals. However, if employees find the same offer for less, they can get in touch and we will work to find to the right product at the best price for them.
How can I pay for my goods?
You can pay using all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and Paypal.
What if I have a problem placing an order?

Does EPP offer a finance payment option?
Currently EPP does not offer any finance options.
Can I pay for my order with monthly installments?
EPP does not offer this option.
When will I receive order confirmation?
As soon as you submit an order, you will receive an email confirming the status of your order. This is sent automatically and gives a reference that you can use to address any queries.

Can you deliver outside the UK?
No, we can only deliver within UK Mainland.

Please contact them within 30 days of delivery. If you reject any products, HP shall pick them up and, at your option, either replace, repair or refund the amounts you paid for them.
