Important delivery information

For your protection, a signature is required for most deliveries. We do not allow address changes after an order has been accepted. You may not export any products purchased from the HP Canada Store.

Most orders will be received within 3-5 business days.

Please note the following terms and exclusions:

  • Orders weighing over 68kg (150lbs) and orders shipping to remote geographic locations are excluded from this offer and extra shipping fees may apply. If extra shipping fees are required for your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to pay the additional shipping fees or if you would like cancel your order.
  • Deliveries to remote areas, including northern territories, may require additional time.
  • The HP Canada Store reserves the right to discontinue or modify this offer at any time.
  • Valid on purchases made at the HP Canada Store only.

  • HP is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control.
  • Delivery to some locations, including northern territories, requires additional time or is not available.
  • Items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. A street address is required.

Delivery date information

At the HP Canada Store we know that fast, reliable shipment of your merchandise is important to you. We ship many orders the same business day. Orders placed weekdays after 5 p.m. Eastern time (2 p.m. Pacific time), weekends, holidays and orders containing certain large products ship the next business day. Our deliveries take place Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

How to track your order

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from the HP Canada Store to immediately after confirm your order has been placed.

You will receive a second email after your order has been shipped with a shipment tracking number.

At any time, you can log into your Account and track your order.

How to change or cancel an order

If you need to make a change or notice a mistake on an order you’ve already placed, please contact our Customer Service team using the contact details below as soon possible.

Unfortunately we are unable to add additional items to an existing order once processed so if you’d like to purchase extra items either place a new order via our website or contact our Sales team directly.

If you want to cancel an order before we have shipped it please contact our Customer Service team at 1-877-231-4351. We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time and this means there is only a small window to cancel your order before it ships. Although we will try our best to assist you we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order in time.

HP Store Returns Policy

As a valued customer, HP wants you to feel secure in the knowledge that your online purchase is protected. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can simply return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Some conditions apply. See below for details.

We encourage you to try out your products right away so that if there is a problem, you can return them before the returns deadline. We accept returns and exchanges for up to 30 days after delivery except on software. After the 30 day period you can get support for any product issues from HP Technical Support.

Clearance items have a 10 day return policy.

Software is excluded from the 30 day return policy. Returns are not accepted.

To process a return or exchange

We can only accept returns on orders placed directly with the HP Canada Store by phone or online at www.store.hp.com/CanadaStore. We can't accept returns or exchanges for items from the HP Parts Store, HP Technical Support, HP Shopping USA, HP Retailers, or HP repairs.

To return or exchange an item, you must first get a notice of return authorization number (NOR) by calling us at (877) 231-4351 option 2.

  1. Check your e-mail for the return instructions and print it within 10 days.
  2. Replace the product in its original packaging and include all items that were originally in the box.
  3. Remove (or cover) any original shipping labels and affix the new label.
  4. Follow the instructions on the email to proceed with the return.

Note: You must return the product within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the NOR.

If you don't follow this process, your credit or exchange may be delayed, and you'll assume risk of loss and payment of return shipping charges. Do not refuse delivery or return the product without calling us.

For exchanges, we must receive your returned product before we will ship the new item.

Refunds

Credit for returns is issued once we confirm receipt of the merchandise. Please be aware that your financial institution may take 5-to-10 business days to process your credit and have it reflected on your card.

Taxes (if applicable) and original shipping and handling charges are refunded with returns.

We can only issue refunds to the same credit card that was used in your original purchase. When you return items from a group of items purchased, the remaining amount spent may no longer be eligible for any discount you may have received (e.g., for gifts with purchase, free gifts, buying in quantity). If this is the case, the discount is subtracted from the price you paid for the returned item. To receive a complete refund, all items from the original purchase must be returned.

If you’re returning parts of an HP promotional offer or bundle, we will subtract the full price of the item(s) being returned from the total price paid and, if you paid more than such a resulting amount, HP will refund the over-payment to you.

If you financed your purchase, refunds will not include any interest due on the loan or any of the non-refundable amounts described above, and you will remain responsible for the performance of your financing agreement.

Replacement items for exchanges are shipped once we confirm receipt of the merchandise.
